Focus is a pre-requisite for DogZworth's agility and flyball classes.  This class focuses on three of the most important skills every dog or puppy needs- focus on the handler, a reliable recall and the ability to walk with a loose leash.

Without attention, your dog will be interested in everything but the handler.  He will be difficult to train and run away from you at the dog park.  Coming when called is also one of the most important skills your puppy or dog needs to learn- in an emergency a quick realiable "come" response could save your dog's life!    Finally, does your dog drag you down the street?  Pull you to the park?  We'll show you how to have a dog that walks with a loose a leash.

Over the years Ally and Melody have noticed that many people and their dogs are interested in dogsports but do not have the off leash relationship that is required to be successful.  So Ally and Melody solved the problem by developing and teaching this very popular class!   The methods we use in this class are the same methods we use with our own dogs!

Our training method is based on positive reinforcement (not force or punishment).  Clickers will be provided to every student.  We will show you how to use them but their use is not mandatory.

This class is designed for all dogs including puppies.  It is a 5 week course- the cost $100.  To register send an e-mail to Ally: ally@dogzworth.com
